A portion of the fruit is left to naturally raisin on the vine, lending richness and intensity before being blended with oak-matured Pinotage. The result is seductively smooth and full-bodied, with alluring aromas of Turkish delight, chocolate, red cherry and vanilla, followed by layers of plum, butterscotch and supple tannins. Rich, balanced and irresistibly moreish, it lingers long on the palate and pairs beautifully with berry or chocolate desserts, or savoury meat and pasta dishes.
