The result is a balanced, complex wine led by dark berry and plum flavours, layered with notes of lavender, rosewood, cedar, and hints of cacao and vanilla. The very best low-cropping vineyard blocks are targeted for selective hand-harvesting to yield wines with the greatest possible flavour, depth and concentration.
