This hot, dry winegrowing region is famous for ripe, generous, classic Aussie Shiraz with delicious sweet red berry flavours. Harvested at perfect ripeness, fruit was immediately processed at the winery and fermented on skins to maximise flavour and colour. Maturation in oak.

Bright, young and vibrant medium bodied palate, showing red berry flavours, supported by hints of cigar box and cedar in the background. A juicy mid palate presenting great structure, with a balanced acidity.

Lifted spicy cloves, hint of musky redskin with vanilla bean spice and faint zataar notes. Fig seed with spicy ripe red plum. A rich full palate, with fleshy mulberry fruits. Subtle use of oak further adds complexity with good flavour and balance with some fine, powdery tannins evident. A well-balanced wine with great depth, length and structure.

A lifted and expressive nose of red and dark-berried fruit, autumn leaves and brown spice such as clove and nutmeg wrapped pulled together by fine oak. The palate is medium bodied and shows delicious berries, spice and fine but firming tannin structure. This is a lovely wine of brightness, lifted fruit and plenty of drive but finishing savoury and long.

A light, delicate sparkling, pearl pink in colour, with floral notes and hints of fresh strawberry and citrus blossom on the nose. Its lively palate evokes flavours of fleshy red berry fruits with a delicate bead, leading to a refreshing, clean finish.

Dark red with crimson hues, lifted cassis, blackcurrant leaf and cedar. Ripe black fruits accompanied by a refreshing bright palate with classic Heathcote eucalypt-mint characters. This is a wine that can be enjoyed in its youth, but will also equally reward those with the patience to cellar for a further 6 - 10 years.

This Pinot Noir has a deep ruby colour and offers a complex aroma of dark forest fruits, wild thyme and subtle smoke. The palate has flavours of vibrant blackberries and cherries, with a glossy mouthfeel, delicate acidity and plush tannins. Pair with chargrilled meats and game dishes.

Pale golden colour with great luminosity. It has a pleasant aroma of green olives with a hint of minerality. It boasts lively fragrances of white nectarines, almonds, a touch of cloves, and brioche. The palate has subtle creaminess and butterscotch, with a purity of fruit and concentration. The wine showcases a delightful harmony between its refreshing acidity and smooth texture. Enjoyed best in the sunshine with great company and a delicious meal of pan-fried fish topped with lemon butter and caper sauce.

A refreshingly dry pinot gris, filled with expressive aromas of Lily of the valley, biscotti, pear, and almond. The palate is well-balanced with mouthwatering acidity. Flavours of pine nut and pretty florals of Mexican orange blossom come through with Honeydew melon and cucumber on the finish.

An attractive, fresh and stylish Pinot Noir dominant rosé, full of Rainier cherry flavours and granite notes. Cranberry, watermelon and sea breeze aromas mingle on the nose. Elegant and well-balanced, this wine shows undertones of tamarillo, honeydew melon, oyster shell and subtle liquorish notes. The finish is clean and dry with a lick of salt.

Pale straw in colour, this Sauvignon Blanc has a complex nose of paw paw, passionfruit, pineapple and a touch of cut grass and crushed herbs. The juicy palate is packed full of tropical fruits and lime zest with a hint of sweet pea and crunchy red capsicum. Good balance and refreshing acidity complete this expressive wine. With bright crimson hues, this delicious Syrah is bursting with blue fruits, plum, violets, and spice.
