Dark red in colour with classic Pinot characters to the fore displaying cherry, dark berry and a varietal savoury edge. The wine is supple and long with a good deal of concentration balanced by a clean acidity. Drinking well upon release and will cellar well. Pair with Porchetta with baby lentils.

Smooth and full bodied with flavours of blackberry, dark chocolate and spicy oak characters are enhanced by Rum oak ageing which leads to vanilla, and toasted almond flavours with a slightly sweet fruit finish.
