A bustling seaside resort has grown up around the distillery in the two centuries since it was first built in the fishing town of Oban. The West Highland malt is still produced in the same unhurried, traditional fashion and this 14 year old is a classic dram from the distillery.

Standing apart, its new make spirit cooled by the sea, Talisker has forged its own maritime destiny here since 1830. Sweet, salt-laced, thunderous and smoky, as elemental as land, sea or storm, this is a whisky for the wild at heart, Made by the Sea. Light shines in every element here. Amid a deep golden glow, salty, smoky hints of a beach bonfire give the mild nose a maritime feel. First fill ex-bourbon casks gift layers of luminous flavour, the texture smoothly oily, the taste sweet and smoky-spicy, salty and fruity, like an orchard in sea mist. Peaty power appears in the chilli-spiced catch of the long finish. This is a legendary Talisker, of ethereal beauty.

Matured in American oak barrels for a sweet, mellow taste with a rich, smooth Sherry cask finish. Rich, warm aromas of apple, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan and subtle tangy marmalade notes. Fresh, mellow with pear creamy peaches and pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar on the palate.

Smooth and mellow with beautifully combined flavours - nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicately proportioned layer of sherry.

Aged in traditional oak casks and finished in Caribbean rum casks which result in a well-rounded whisky with notes of toffee, fruit and vanilla.

The Dalmore 12, an outstanding Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, finished in rare and aged Oloroso Sherry casks. The Aroma: Citrus fruits, chocolate, aromatic spices. The Palate: Seville oranges, dried fruits, and hints of vanilla pods. The Finish: Roasted coffee and dark chocolate.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.

Rich sherried single malt is matured for at least 12 years for a creamy, silky-smooth, full-mouth feel.

Matured in a combination of the finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for a minimum of 21 years, constantly watched over by the Parliament of Rooks who next at the Distillery, the outstanding whisky continues great GlenDronach tradition of offering fruit-laden intensity in its single malts.
