To give Original a delicious, go-anywhere finesse, Glenmorangie make it in their giraffe-high stills, then they age it 10 years in bourbon casks to absorb all manner of delectable flavours. The result is a smooth whisky which welcomes you with a rush of citrus, then holds your attention with layers of luscious flavour, from orange to honey and creamy vanilla, with bursts of peach. In every corner of the world, the setting of the sun is magical, mused Dr Bill, Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation and an inveterate traveller. This whisky is Dr Bill's attempt to bottle the magic of sunset, with its endless horizon of reds, oranges and purples. The Lasanta begins with their giraffe-high stills, which yield a deliciously delicate and fruity spirit. Next, they mature it in bourbon and sherry casks for 12 years, transforming it into a mouth-watering odyssey bursting with rich spiciness and sun-drenched sweetness. It radiates with raisins, honeycomb and chocolate-covered hazelnuts lightened by cinnamon breezes. Each time you watch the sunset, you see something different - this is how it is to drink Lasanta.

Sipping The Nectar d'Or is like sending your senses on holiday to a French pastry shop, where the air swirls with sweet scents, balanced by a soft drumbeat of spice. This whisky was born from the memory of entering a pastry shop for the very first time. It's about that first moment of finding your senses deliciously overwhelmed, breathing in the sweet scents and wishing you could take a bite of every creamy, flaky treat you see. In Nectar d'Or you can taste it all. To create it, Glenmorangie take the delicate, fruity spirit of their giraffe-high stills and age it in American oak bourbon casks along with casks that once held Sauternes sweet white wine. The outcome is like a silky dessert-filled daydream of white chocolate swirled with lemon cream, crème caramel, almond croissants... all balanced by a soft drumbeat of spice. Each sip is like sending your senses on holiday to a French patisserie.

Dr Bill, Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation, was born with a taste for adventure. And with this single malt he sought to create a whisky as unpredictable as his travels. Quinta Ruban is a whisky journey into the wild - a dark and delectable forest where the wind whistles with gusts of peppermint and dark swirls of chocolate can happen at any moment. In their giraffe-high stills, it begins soft and fruity, then gets darker and deeper as they let it age for 14 years in bourbon casks and port casks from Portugal. The finished whisky is a thicket of voluptuous flavour combinations. Walnut and black pepper. Mandarin orange and melted marshmallow. Dark chocolate bar and peppermint. Like stepping into a chocolate-minty-orange unknown, the journey is as delicious as the destination.

This whisky was born over a thousand walks in the forest. Most mornings, Glenmorangie Director of Whisky Creation, Dr. Bill wanders through the woods near his home. Captivated by the notion of a whisky steeped in the scents, sights and sounds of the forest, Dr. Bill brought back an ancient method of infusing barley with botanicals - in this case, juniper berries, birch bark and heather blossom. The result is a botanical single malt that holds a forest-like magic.

Glenmorangie Grand Vintage Malt 1997 is the seventh limited edition in the Highland Distillery's Bond House No.1 vintage collection. Each whisky in the series is created from some of Glenmorangie's most prized parcels of aged whisky, for particularly delicious results.

As Dr Bill, Glenmorangie's freethinking Director of Whisky Creation, enjoyed a cup of his favourite Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, the notion of Signet first came to him. At once his mind filled with spiralling mocha flavours that he could not forget. It would take him years to bring this unprecedented whisky to life. But in its tiramisu tones and melting chocolate, you can taste his most delicious imaginings. Signet begins with Glenmorangie's precious chocolate malt spirit, made just once a year in their giraffe-high stills. Its espresso-like intensity fills the Distillery with aromas more familiar in an Italian coffee bar. Over the years, they temper its power with rare and treasured casks. Bourbon for creaminess. Sherry for sweetness. The spice of virgin charred oak. All balanced by some of the oldest whisky they own. The result? A velvet explosion of flavour. Bursts of bitter mocha, sizzling spice and waves of dark chocolate, mellowed by smooth butterscotch. Whisky, as you have never tasted it before.

VIKING HONOUR reflects the unique culture of our remote island home here on Orkney. Part of Scotland yes, but originally belonging to a vast Viking kingdom.

This is a wonderfully rich and complex single malt. Opening with rich and spicy aromas of crème brulee, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, intensely fruity notes follow - fresh pineapple dressed with a scattering of sun-kissed lemon zest. There's a hint of freshly-baked sponge cake too, warm from the oven, and you'll find cinnamon again, but toasted shards this time. Citrus and vanilla notes linger in the aromatic waves of peat smoke.

Highland Park have a tradition of defying convention and that's how they came to create this distinct and bold single malt whisky and its equally distinct and bold packaging. Using first-fill Rioja casks in combination with refill casks was a first for Highland Park and the result is a rich and contemporary single malt whisky with very distinctive character. You'll find generous layers of sweet vanilla, sun-ripened peaches, summer berries and full-bodied red wine, combined on gust of heather-rich peat smoke.

Valfather is Highland Park's most peated whisky to date and matured entirely in their finest refill casks to ensure that all that peat is balanced with subtle layers of flavour and character. You'll taste the syrupy sweet apple, fragrant pear, crème brûlée, toasted cedarwood, and smoked paprika. If we had to make up a word for such a flavour, it'd be Stickysmoke.

Created using a higher proportion of local peated malt and matured in a combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks and ex-bourbon casks. Valknut walks a fine line between the aromatic spiciness of cloves and cracked black pepper, and the patisserie sweetness of toasted vanilla and creme brûlée, hence the term, Custard Bonfire.
