Valfather is Highland Park's most peated whisky to date and matured entirely in their finest refill casks to ensure that all that peat is balanced with subtle layers of flavour and character. Created using a higher proportion of local peated malt and matured in a combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks and ex-bourbon casks. Valknut walks a fine line between the aromatic spiciness of cloves and cracked black pepper, and the patisserie sweetness of toasted vanilla and creme brûlée, hence the term, Custard Bonfire.

Valkyrie celebrates Highland Park's rich Nordic ancestry in Orkney, once part of a vast Viking kingdom. According to Norse mythology, Valkyries would descend onto the battlefields to find the best and bravest warriors and give them passage to Valhalla. The combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks with ex-bourbon casks gives Valkyrie the aroma of crisp green apples in a spice market and an aroma of faraway campfires. They call it 'Liquorice Lantern Smoke'.

Jura 10YO is a whisky only Jura could make, shaped by its remote Scottish island home and a tradition of distilling that dates back to 1810. Bigger barrels don't mean better flavour. The proof is Laphroaig Quarter Cask, inspired by the old tradition of transporting whisky on packhorses. Fortunately for said horses, it was stored in smaller quarter casks that carry flavour into your dram today. Their reduced size means the spirit has more contact with the wood, amplifying the natural flavours of whisky first matured in ex-Bourbon barrels. Hints of coconut, banana and vanilla complement our instantly recognisable heavy peat flavour, followed by a long, sweet and smoky finish. This quarter cask whisky is barrier filtered to retain all the character developed in the small but mighty barrels.
