Max's Cabernet Sauvignon honours this legacy with a refined take on one of Australia's most iconic varieties. Aromas of cumin, fresh clove, paprika and cardamom are complemented by savoury notes of roasted vegetables, olive oil, lamb and rosemary. First released in the 1950s, this time-honoured wine remains proudly independent of fashion, crafted without new oak and matured in large seasoned vats to preserve the purity, texture and character of exceptional Shiraz. The 2018 vintage reveals a complex bouquet of black olive, wild rocket, fig, rhubarb, cinnamon and savoury Mediterranean notes. The palate is rich and layered, with flavours of white plum, fresh fig, liquorice and toasted pumpkin seed supported by finely etched tannins and refreshing acidity. Plush yet refined, St Henri combines generosity with remarkable longevity, rewarding both immediate enjoyment and careful cellaring through to 2055.

Loaded with plum and red berry fruits, this spicy McLaren Vale Shiraz is layered with mocha, oak spice and anise with finely integrated oak. Showing great depth and generosity, the palate is elegant and well defined. The tannins delicately wrap the fruit and guide it along the palate, resulting in a wine of exceptional length and character.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon parcels sourced from vineyards throughout the Barossa. The fruit is fermented for up to 14 days, then aged for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak. Individual parcels of fruit are matured separately to maximise the blend's complexity and finalised through a selection process.
