Le Phant Rosé is made from Syrah and Tempranillo grapes, grown in Elephant Hill's Te Awanga and Bridge Pa Triangle vineyards. Left to soak on skins allowing a gentle extraction of colour and flavour. Aged in tank on lees without oak. A juicy and gently fruity wine made from a blend of red varieties offering soft red berry and plum flavours, with just a touch of natural sweetness. Talk show king Graham Norton has been moonlighting as a winemaker, blending Rosé into an award-winning wine in a London apartment.

Vibrant Red with pink hues. Intense nose with red and white fruits such as cherry, raspberry, dewberry and white peach backed up by a lovely floral bouquet. Delicate but dense sweet fruits with a creamy texture stand out on the mouth. Tones of cherry and almond blossom with wild red fruits such as boysenberry and dewberry balanced by fine acidity turn it into an elegant and easy drinking wine.
