Crafted from a complex blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache Noir, it is made using the rosé de presse method with cool stainless steel fermentation, resulting in a moreish off-dry style. The palate is light, fresh and delicately sweet, revealing flavours of strawberry bonbons, raspberry sorbet and ripe peaches.
