Dr Bill, Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation, was born with a taste for adventure. And with this single malt he sought to create a whisky as unpredictable as his travels. Quinta Ruban is a whisky journey into the wild - a dark and delectable forest where the wind whistles with gusts of peppermint and dark swirls of chocolate can happen at any moment. In their giraffe-high stills, it begins soft and fruity, then gets darker and deeper as they let it age for 14 years in bourbon casks and port casks from Portugal. The finished whisky is a thicket of voluptuous flavour combinations. Walnut and black pepper. Mandarin orange and melted marshmallow. Dark chocolate bar and peppermint. Like stepping into a chocolate-minty-orange unknown, the journey is as delicious as the destination.

The last hours of a perfect autumn day when the world looks like a golden dream filled with cookie-coloured leaves and butterscotch skies... What would that taste like? The answer is, this dazzling, luminous whisky - a rhapsody of warm tones like purple heather, leaves swirling in the wind and hues of lemon, copper and gold. To create it, Glenmorangie gather the silky, fruity spirit from their giraffe-high stills and let it steep in American oak casks. No less than 15 years later, they transfer a portion into Oloroso sherry casks for three more years. Once 18 years have passed, Glenmorangie reunite them to create its warm balance of sweet, floral lushness. Rich marmalade flavours brush against honey and fig, touches of caramelized orange and far-off campfire smoke. Have a taste, and let your imagination wander to the edge of an autumn afternoon.

This whisky was born over a thousand walks in the forest. Most mornings, Glenmorangie Director of Whisky Creation, Dr. Bill wanders through the woods near his home. Captivated by the notion of a whisky steeped in the scents, sights and sounds of the forest, Dr. Bill brought back an ancient method of infusing barley with botanicals - in this case, juniper berries, birch bark and heather blossom. The result is a botanical single malt that holds a forest-like magic.

Glenmorangie Grand Vintage Malt 1997 is the seventh limited edition in the Highland Distillery's Bond House No.1 vintage collection. Each whisky in the series is created from some of Glenmorangie's most prized parcels of aged whisky, for particularly delicious results.

Signet begins with Glenmorangie's precious chocolate malt spirit, made just once a year in their giraffe-high stills. Its espresso-like intensity fills the Distillery with aromas more familiar in an Italian coffee bar. Over the years, they temper its power with rare and treasured casks. Bourbon for creaminess. Sherry for sweetness. The spice of virgin charred oak. All balanced by some of the oldest whisky they own. The result? A velvet explosion of flavour. Bursts of bitter mocha, sizzling spice and waves of dark chocolate, mellowed by smooth butterscotch. Whisky, as you have never tasted it before.

Vibrant and sweet with tropical fruits and a hint of banana reveal rich vanilla oak and a touch of sweet.

Aged in three different types of wood, the award-winning Grant's Triple Wood Blended Scotch whisky has a smooth, rich and mellow taste. The three key ingredients, Scottish water, air and barley, are combined in American Oak, Virgin Oak and Bourbon Refill casks to lend the blended spirit its complex character. Enjoy this whisky neat to allow the flavours to fully develop. Alternatively, add sugar, bitters and a slice of orange peel for a zesty Grant's Old Fashioned cocktail.

Green Spot is a non age statement Single Pot Still Irish whiskey and is comprised of Pot Still whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years. The whiskey has matured in a combination of new bourbon and refill bourbon casks as well as sherry casks.

A fresh-faced, zesty whisky with a natural golden amber colour direct from the cask and as invigorating as the Orkney breeze. Fresh, clean and floral on the nose, with heathered honey and a touch of citrus. Sweet and spicy on the palate, with toasty notes of burnt orange, jasmine and fruitcake. A long finish with peppery spice, woody notes and orange zest, and the subtle, aromatic kick of smoke that you only get from Orkney heathered peat.

Highland Park have a tradition of defying convention and that's how they came to create this distinct and bold single malt whisky and its equally distinct and bold packaging. Using first-fill Rioja casks in combination with refill casks was a first for Highland Park and the result is a rich and contemporary single malt whisky with very distinctive character. You'll find generous layers of sweet vanilla, sun-ripened peaches, summer berries and full-bodied red wine, combined on gust of heather-rich peat smoke.

Valfather is Highland Park's most peated whisky to date and matured entirely in their finest refill casks to ensure that all that peat is balanced with subtle layers of flavour and character. You'll taste the syrupy sweet apple, fragrant pear, crème brûlée, toasted cedarwood, and smoked paprika. If we had to make up a word for such a flavour, it'd be Stickysmoke.

Created using a higher proportion of local peated malt and matured in a combination of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks and ex-bourbon casks. Valknut walks a fine line between the aromatic spiciness of cloves and cracked black pepper, and the patisserie sweetness of toasted vanilla and creme brûlée, hence the term, Custard Bonfire.
