Every last drop of this spectacular Scotch is triple distilled then matured for over twelve years. This Lowland single malt has the tempting aroma of crème brulee to the nose with a burst of citrus and then the signature nuttiness and green leafiness you would expect from Auchentoshan. On the palate a smooth whisky taste with sweet notes along with hints of tangerine and lime. The finish is gingery and slightly dry with a pleasant, lingering nuttiness.

The Smoky Twelve is the perfect marriage of fruit, malt, oak and rich layers of smoke. Crafted from a combination of unpeated and peated spirit and three cask matured for at least twelve years in bourbon barrels, sherry casks, and Marsala wine casks. The whisky from each cask is then expertly married together to create a smooth, creamy single malt, multilayered with flavours of ripened fruit, aromatic smoky sweetness and warming oak spice.

Named after Wolfe Bernheim who founded his distillery with his brothers in 1872, Bernheim differs from other bourbons because it uses 51% winter wheat and is aged for seven years, creating a softer, sweeter profile. Fully matured in rare William & Humbert Canasta sherry casks, this unpeated whisky is bursting with sweet fruit, nuts and spice notes. The Canasta casks once held a blend of Oloroso (75%) and Pedro Ximénez (25%) sherries. Using these casks to mature their whisky has given this whisky the best of both worlds with layers of flavour; Oloroso sherry is spicy, whereas the Pedro Ximénez is a lot sweeter.
