When Tomatin Distillery was established in 1897, the isolated and idyllic setting of Tomatin was almost perfect. However there wasn't a local workforce; the local inhabitants were scattered shepherds and cattle drovers. The company began a project of construction to accommodate its workforce. Since that time the distillery has been at the heart of the community and the community at the heart of the distillery. This legacy has continued and Tomatin remains one of the few distilleries to provide a home for its dedicated craftsmen. Time in Bourbon barrels and Virgin Oak casks brings a light sweetness to The Tomatin Legacy, a non-peaty scotch which boasts aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon. Tullamore DEW 12 Year Old Special Reserve Like Tullamore D.E.W. Original, Tullamore D.E.W. 12yo Special Reserve is a triple distilled blend of all three types of Irish whiskey. However, it has a high proportion of pot still and malt whiskeys, matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, for 12 to 15 years.

Our Yuzu Gin is born from a base of locally grown barley that is distilled into a traditional shochu spirit. The shochu is redistilled with juniper, yuzu, regional citrus and botanicals, respecting the 1500 year old tradition of cultivating and harvesting yuzu in Japan. The yuzu flavour is tart and fragrant, resembling that of the lemon and grapefruit, with overtones of mandarin orange.

A classic 'Tokyo Dry Gin' that is the perfect foundation of the Ukiyo range. Featuring 11 botanicals including Yuzu, Mikan, Sakura and Sansho, this expression celebrates Japan's diverse terroir and the tastes of the Japanese harvest.

Predominantly aged in ex-Bourbon, this whisky has been finished for 2 years in an ex-Mudbrick French Oak Chardonnay barrel. Presented at 46%, the Chardonnay character on the nose of melting butter and oak blends with sherbet lemons and honey. On the palate, more umami flavours with sweet miso, lemon and butter. A deliciously smooth, oily mouthfeel and a long finish of toasted hazelnuts, bready malt and Waiheke Whisky's trademark salinity.

Double distilled in copper pot stills from a half tonne mash of NZ peated malt, the liquid was first aged in American oak for 4 years. This particular whisky was then finished for another year in Waiheke Whisky's own Waiheke Island Vintage 'Port wine' Barrel. Aroma: dark berry fruits, dried dates, orange peel, vanilla and peat smoke. Palate: rich and mouth filling with red fruits, caramel and smoke with a sweet subtle oak finish.

The entry is smooth and slightly creamy, with a surprising depth of flavour. Sweet malt and caramelised sugar dance on the tongue, complemented by a touch of orchard fruits - ripe apples and pears. The peat influence emerges gently, adding layers of earthy smoke that intertwine seamlessly with notes of oak and a hint of coastal brininess. Medium-long and satisfying, with the hint of peat smoke lingering alongside a final flourish of dried fruit and a whisper of dark chocolate.
