Le Phant Rosé is made from Syrah and Tempranillo grapes, grown in Elephant Hill's Te Awanga and Bridge Pa Triangle vineyards. Left to soak on skins allowing a gentle extraction of colour and flavour. Aged in tank on lees without oak. A juicy and gently fruity wine made from a blend of red varieties offering soft red berry and plum flavours, with just a touch of natural sweetness. The perfect pizza or platter wine.

Elephant Hill is committed to crafting small volumes of world-class wines in the Hawke's Bay. The Southern Pacific Ocean neighbouring their Te Awanga Estate vineyard is the inspiration for the growing of their 'Sea' wines.

The nose is bursting with melons, peach and ripe tropical and citrus fruits, followed by a generous fruit-driven palate. Classic Chardonnay roundness, giving a mouth-filling finish.

Bright straw in colour with nashi, acacia, and sweet summer hay aromatics. The palate is refreshing yet full and driven; punctuated by a mineral cut that flows through to the dry finish.

A delicate cherry blossom colour with charming red fruit aromatics lifting effusively from the glass. Concentrated, with a splash of delicate yet almost creamy berry fruit, the wine flows with youthful vibrancy towards its gently mineral, pleasingly dry finish.

Savoury characters, lifted ripe fruit and a succulent, creamy yet vibrant texture with a touch of toasty sweet oak.
