Bullnose is a dark ruby colour with aromas and fl avours of violets, black cherry liqueur and spice, intermingled with notes of prune and raspberry. The rich, full flavoured palate displays velvety, even tannins.

Coleraine is New Zealand's most famous red wine, first produced in 1982, this classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc displays the concentration, complexity and elegance found in the world's finest wines. 2023 shows a regal brilliant magenta hue, with blackcurrant and brooding complexity on an immensely concentrated palate. Raspberry, white flowers, soy, and espresso, arise on driftwood smoke, creating a fresh, elevated, coastal sensation, in an intense, tannin-rich, sculptured wine that's captivating and irresistibly endless. Aromas of black cherry, wild strawberry and star anise. The palate is soft and pillowy with a racing-stripe of boysenberry ripple through it. There are dark roses, raspberries, and notes of sandalwood and liquorice.

Aromas of ripe strawberry, raspberry, lavender and nutmeg. Hints of vanilla and smoke float across a palate that's dominated by soft red fruit and silky fine tannins.
