Area 51 is shrouded in mystery, with conspiracy theories afoot. Grey Area 5.1 isn't so different. While it's called a 'Cream Ale', it contains no cream, milk, or lactose of any sort. So what is the Unidentified Flavoursome Object that makes it so deliciously-smooth? Well, that's classified. But we can divulge that this beer is a little coconutty, and a lot refreshing. We suggest you pop on your tin-foil hat and open this can, so you can get to the bottom of it.

This is a NZ version of a German version of a Czech version of a German beer. The Germans created lager, the Czechs turned it into a pilsner, the Germans tweaked it, and then Emerson's did their bit... Sound complicated? It's actually beautifully simple. Little Bird is an alcohol free IPA, with a deliciously-puritanical, true expression of the hop flavour. It's so tasty, you won't even realise you're not drinking. Until the morning, of course. Dry hopped using New Zealand and USA hops for a super-fresh, super vibrant aroma, with a super-crisp, super-quenching finish.

The kaleidoscope was invented by a scotsman by the name of Brewster. So, it seems appropriate to name a brew after his creation. The words mean beautiful and form. And thats exactly what you'll get from this hazy pale ale. It's a kaleidoscope in your mouth.

The Orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus. Which roughly translates as, hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone. In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out. Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise. Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.

You did well to seek out the West Coast IPA. Inspired by a West Coast heavy metal band, it's noisy on the nose the piney, tropical aromas, then head bangs on the taste buds, with citrus and passionfruit flavours, leading to a bitter hoppy finale. Now lift this not-so-heavy piece of metal and enjoy.

If you're looking for a planet friendly, plant-based alternative to cow's milk you've come to the right can. Oatski is a collaboration with Emerson's friends at Otis Oat M!lk. 200 litres of Southland-grown oat milk went into the tank with Motueka, Rakau, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops. The result is a rich, fruity, hazy IPA, with a luxuriously creamy mouthfeel. They haven't tried it on cereal yet, but it's great in a glass.
