This exquisite, triple-distilled single malt is matured only in select handpicked Spanish sherry butts, which have previously been seasoned with the finest Oloroso sherry. It is the influence of these exceptional butts that give this expression of Writers' Tears its signature rich, ruby hue and hence the moniker - 'Red Head'. The expression is distilled without chill filtering as nature intended and at a distinctive 46% ABV.

Triple distilled and patiently aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, this original blended Irish whiskey is known the world over for its smooth and gentle complexity. Tasting Notes: The early floral yet biscuit flavour reflects the grain whiskey, while the soft spicy notes can be attributed to the pot still whiskey in the blend. The citrus flavour is complemented by the malt. Finally notice the nutty or even marzipan note combined with distinctive vanilla in the finish - imparted by the sherry and bourbon casks used in maturation.

Crafted using an unconventional mash bill of 95% corn and 5% malted barley that has been triple distilled and matured initially in ex-bourbon casks before being given extra maturation for a further four years in ex-Bordeaux Red Wine Casks. Proudly bottled at 50% with no chill filtration ensures all the true character of the whiskey is retained.

Rising Reserve No.1 is a 21 Year Old Irish Single Malt that has been aged initially in ex-bourbon casks which then undergoes a second period of maturation in high quality Carcavelos casks. Bottled at 46% ABV with no chill filtration this release is limited to just 6000 bottles.

New Zealand exclusive Teeling Single Cask finished in ex-Ruby Port cask. On the nose red berries, chocolate, toffee and toasted oak. The palate has velvety richness, candied fruit, cloves and stewed berries finish with a long and dry hint of spice.
