Cassels' Fogged Up Hazy Pale Ale has been created by their award-winning brewers to deliver a full avoured yet elegant beer. Juicy tropical fruit notes combine with punchy hop characteristics to bring you a balanced and refreshing brew that will have you coming back for more! HOPS: Riwaka, Taiheke, Nectaron. MALTS: Ale Malt, Malted Oats, Malted Wheat, Carapils, Chit Wheat Malt.

Pale golden with a lingering, white foam, this Lager's as easy on the eye as it is on the palate. Subtle orange peel and mandarin citrus notes, mild peppery hop flavour, and restrained bitterness; complementing a soft, bready, malt base and gentle sweetness on the finish.

While low in alcohol, Cassels Light Owl beer has been brewed to maximise personality. Chinook hops bring a distinctive pine aroma which is rounded out by the citrusy, floral flavours of the Taiheke hops. A bit of alchemy in the brew as we tinker with gravity, the result being a full-bodied, big character beer.

Brewed on the banks of the Heathcote River in Woolston, Cassels Woolston Pale Ale is a traditional Pale Ale with distinctive New Zealand characteristics. This beer offers a combination of punchy hop flavours balanced out by a trio of malts. Late hopping with Nelson Sauvin and Motueka varieties brings fruity, wine-like aromas to sit on top of the lightly toasted malt base. Rich and rounded with a smooth mouthfeel - tastes just like home.

Brewed with a combination of hop pellets and hop oil, for better mouthfeel, balance, fruitiness, and complexity. Area 51 is shrouded in mystery, with conspiracy theories afoot. Grey Area 5.1 isn't so different. While it's called a 'Cream Ale', it contains no cream, milk, or lactose of any sort. So what is the Unidentified Flavoursome Object that makes it so deliciously-smooth? Well, that's classified. But we can divulge that this beer is a little coconutty, and a lot refreshing. We suggest you pop on your tin-foil hat and open this can, so you can get to the bottom of it.

A hallucinatory, mind-bending, consciousness-expanding, dream-like experience is not what you'll find in this can. It's just a beer, man. But, this cloudy IPA does have a gnarly hit of Riwaka, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, with a tropical citrus flavour, and a totally piney finish. At least it's a trip for your taste-buds. Far out.

The Orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus. Which roughly translates as, hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone. In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out. Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise. Careful you don't exceed your quota, though.
