The Nautilus Pinot Noir is dark ruby in colour. The complex nose displays floral characters; violets and rose petals, sweet dark cherry, plums, earthy notes and a touch of toasty spice. The palate is concentrated and elegant with a fine dense core of tannins and a long savoury finish.

A slight change in style to incorporate the use of no new oak, mainly due to volume restrictions (but also some genuine curiosity!) has aided in creating a style that is focused even more so on the impact of using a high proportion of lees in small vessels. Showing complex savoury aromas that follow though onto the palate, also notes of melon and almonds. The palate is defined and elegant, yes concentrated and finishes with a long, delicious, citrus acidity.

A smooth and silky tawny that delivers rich nut-infused aromatics and fresh fruit characters. Made from the Barossa's traditional tawny varieties, Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz and blended via a solera-based system to an average of 10 years, the palate is sweet and mellow, but finishes deliciously dry.

Served plain, chilled or with ice, it is excellent as an aperitif or equally delicious at any time of the day. A vivid golden-brown colour. The aromas of ripe fruit are abundant on the nose, with appealing notes of vanilla. On the palate it is delightfully fresh with a marked fruity character. Velvety, round and remarkably engaging. Served very chilled and with some dried fruit as an aperitif. Perfect with desserts that include caramel, coffee, apricot and dried fruit or pair it with caramelised walnuts, tiramisu, hazelnut meringue pie and mild cheeses (such as Brie).

The most famous Fino wine in the world. 100% Palomino Fino grapes, minimum of 4 years in American oak following the traditional Solera system. Due to the fact that the flor protects Tio Pepe from oxygen it has been able to maintain a pale golden yellow colour. On the nose sharp yet elegant aromas of the yeast from the flor balanced with toasted almond notes typical of the Palomino variety. On the palate completely dry with reminders of almonds. Super fresh with a long and complex finish.

An immensely complex and enticing on the nose with sweet berry, bouquet garni, game, violet and almond nuances, leading to a splendidly refined palate offering outstanding concentration and depth. Silky and plush with an impressively long structured finish. The wine will impress now but also will reward a few years in the cellar.

The Mount Michael Pinot Noir is beautifully fragrant showing aromas of dark cherries and plums, violets and raspberries and a hint of clove and vanilla. Rich and concentrated on the palate with flavours that mirror the nose. Enhanced by a mineral core of acidity and chalky dusty tannins. A delicious savoury finish with toasty oak providing an elegant structure and length. Drinking beautifully now, but you will be rewarded with further cellaring.
