100% of the fruit for this Chardonnay came from McManis' very own River Junction AVA, located at the confluence of the San Joaquin and Stanislaus Rivers. Light golden straw in color with bright fruit aromas of pear, melon, and peach. The palate is driven by notes of stone-fruit, banana, vanilla, and a hint of buttered popcorn. Rich and decadent, this Chardonnay can be enjoyed on its own or with a delicious meal.

Rabbit Ranch Chardonnay is made to express the very best of Central Otago's cool climate, unique schist soils and grand vistas. Handpicking, whole bunch pressing, minimal intervention and oak result in an expressive, energetic wine displaying the typical white floral and ripe citrus notes that are a hallmark of the region's best Chardonnay.

This wine is layered with fragrant aromas of red apple, nectarine and lemon peel alongside toasted almond, nougat, a touch of spice and vanilla. The grapes for Roaring Meg come from Mt Difficulty's Cromwell basin vineyards managed by their dedicated viticultural team. Roaring Meg Chardonnay features citrus floral notes, toasted brioche and a hint of cashew on the nose. Initially some classically rich Chardonnay fruit character on the palate, white stone fruit and toast notes which then picks up on the fresh and crisp finish. The wine finishes with refreshing grapefruit and lemon zest.

Golden, straw colour. Partial malolactic fermentation and weekly lees stirring creates a wine that is both vibrant and textural. Full, dry with sweet peach, nectarine, citrus and biscotti with a lingering stone fruit finish.

Sourced exclusively from Te Mata Estate's own vineyards. This Estate Vineyards Chardonnay was harvested from Bridge Pa Triangle, Woodthorpe Terraces and Havelock Hills vineyards. White gold in the glass, immediate refreshing appeal of ripe nectarine and lemon sorbet edged with sea-salt, roast almond and a hint of smoke from French oak. Delicious on its own, or a wonderful partner for both simply prepared and fuller flavoured seafood and white meat dishes.
