The cuvée 'Saint-Esprit' comes from a small valley nestled in the northern part of the Ardèche. The vineyards are planted on granite, south-facing slopes near the villages of Saint-Julien and Saint-Alban. Its deep colour has a dark, plum-like hue. The nose is classically Syrah, with berry fruit, violet, liquorice. It has a full, rounded palate with delicate tannins, making it unique in the Côtes-du-Rhône category.

Excellent parcels of Pinot fruit, displaying nice smatterings of strawberry and raspberry notes. Brioche and shortcake characters reflect an easy yeastiness that adds delight.

The Devil's Staircase takes the willing down into the realm of decadence and bacchanalian delights. Here everything is pleasure, spiced up with a dash of naughtiness. The unrelenting environment tortures the vines whose twisted limbs produce wine worthy of absolution. These wines are sinfully succulent and devilishly good.

Inspired by the winding road leading from Queenstown to Kingston along the shores of Lake Wakatipu and sourced from Rockburn's Central Otago vineyards, the Devil's Staircase Pinot Gris takes the willing down into the realm of decadence and Bacchanalian delights.

A pure, bright and youthful citrus driven chardonnay with complex smoky, flint, toast and biscuit notes derived from extended barrel aging on full solids. The palate is focussed and restrained which unfurls on the finish and exposes the intense citrus core with underlying cashew, nutty flavours.

The creation of the 2013 vintage reveals the resonance between the pinots noirs and chardonnays, between acidity and full-bodied. The precise, elegant and tactile bouquet blooms in an extremely delicate powdery aromatic braid around three nuances: first citrus, then a more vegetal facet and lastly, spices. This 10 Year Old Port is smooth, well balanced and mature and is ready for drinking now. Dow's 10 Years Old Tawny has a bright tawny colour. On the nose brimming with aromas of candied fruit and toffee, beautifully combined with some mature ripe fruit. On the palate vibrant nutty flavours, perfect balance and with a lovely long finish.
