Ever since the first release from the 1972 vintage, Church Block blends have been synonymous with great McLaren Vale red wine. Early wines were sourced from a neighbouring vineyard which ran adjacent to a small Bethany Church. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot grown in McLaren Vale; Church Block has a succulent core of ripe cassis and black fruits which fills the mouth and are balanced with subtle spicy oak characters and velvety tannins. This wine has a wonderful balance of intense rich fruit, fine tannins and refreshing acid structure.

The nose is abundant with vibrant red fruits supported by subtle hints of French Oak. On the palate, well balanced tannins are intertwined with flavours of black cherries, satsuma plums and mulberries. This all leads to a wine which is full bodied in style with a plush mouthfeel and great length of flavour.

Fresh and fruity on the nose complemented by smooth, velvety bubbles and raspberry and red fruit flavours on the palate. Enjoy this wine as an aperitif or with dessert.

An attractive, fresh and stylish Pinot Noir dominant rosé, full of Rainier cherry flavours and granite notes. Cranberry, watermelon and sea breeze aromas mingle on the nose. Ruby red wine from the classic Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, cultivated in a narrow hilly district between the Adriatic Sea and the Appennine Mountains. Deep red colour with admirable purple hues. Complex aroma with hints of ripe fruit, cherry and cocoa. A wine of great complexity and considerable thickness, with hints of ripe cherry and peppery notes on the final. Very soft and well structured.

Neroperso is a tribute to the century old method of the "appassimento" - drying of the grapes: a wine that speaks of people, legends and cultures lost over time. Neroperso pays homage to a century old winemaking method that was widely practiced in Veneto little has changed since ancient times. After harvest, the best grapes undergo a drying process for 60 days (a process called "appassimento") until each grape is dried out concentrating its taste and aromas of ripe fruit.
