The Oban 12YO sweet natured Scotch stirs bright eyed, nose keen with smooth, sweet chilli. Maritime aromas offer contrast with seaweed, crystal salt and black pepper. Lightly oily, it soon shades the palate with a pinch of spice from fresh charred casks. Crunchy oak spice, a dark toffee apple sweetness and a lengthy, peppery finish harmonised in this lush tale of light and dark.

This is a wonderfully rich and complex single malt. Opening with rich and spicy aromas of crème brulee, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, intensely fruity notes follow - fresh pineapple dressed with a scattering of sun-kissed lemon zest. There's a hint of freshly-baked sponge cake too, warm from the oven, and you'll find cinnamon again, but toasted shards this time. Casamigos, a small batch, ultra premium tequila made from the finest, hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agaves, grown in the rich red clay and cool climate of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

This mezcal is made from 100% espadín from Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. The agaves are split and placed in an earthen pit lined with volcanic rocks heated by oak wood fire where they cook for 4-6 days. The cooked agaves are crushed by a horse-pulled stone tahona and the resulting aguamiel is allowed to ferment for 2-8 days. After double-distillation, the mezcal rests for 30 days before bottling at 80 proof. Aroma of fragrant herbal and fruit, with hints of smoke, and a taste of smoke and black pepper notes that lead to long silky finish.

TRIPARVA is a triple distilled limited edition single malt whisky with a total bottling of 5400 bottles worldwide. Of the global allocation, 600 bottles are allocated for the USA market to meet the demands of Indian whisky connoisseurs and collectors. This is the first time triple distilled single malt whisky has been produced in India, and perhaps even Asia.

The Dalmore 12, an outstanding Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, finished in rare and aged Oloroso Sherry casks. This whisky was born over a thousand walks in the forest. Most mornings, Glenmorangie Director of Whisky Creation, Dr. Bill wanders through the woods near his home. Captivated by the notion of a whisky steeped in the scents, sights and sounds of the forest, Dr. Bill brought back an ancient method of infusing barley with botanicals - in this case, juniper berries, birch bark and heather blossom. The result is a botanical single malt that holds a forest-like magic.

Wellbay is part of the Master Collection and is classified as 'strong aroma', indicating it's concentrated and rich. This has notes of sour plums and a bitter sweetness.

Predominantly aged in ex-Bourbon, this whisky has been finished for 2 years in an ex-Mudbrick French Oak Chardonnay barrel. Presented at 46%, the Chardonnay character on the nose of melting butter and oak blends with sherbet lemons and honey. On the palate, more umami flavours with sweet miso, lemon and butter. A deliciously smooth, oily mouthfeel and a long finish of toasted hazelnuts, bready malt and Waiheke Whisky's trademark salinity.

Double distilled in copper pot stills from a half tonne mash of NZ peated malt, the liquid was first aged in American oak for 4 years. This particular whisky was then finished for another year in Waiheke Whisky's own Waiheke Island Vintage 'Port wine' Barrel. Aroma: dark berry fruits, dried dates, orange peel, vanilla and peat smoke. Palate: rich and mouth filling with red fruits, caramel and smoke with a sweet subtle oak finish.

Aged in traditional oak casks and finished in Caribbean rum casks which result in a well-rounded whisky with notes of toffee, fruit and vanilla.

The whisky has a powerful, peat-smoke aroma, and is described as being robustly full-bodied, well balanced, and smooth, with a slight sweetness on the palate. International Spirit ratings competitions have generally given Lagavulin's 16-year spirit extremely high scores.

Released to celebrate Fèis Ìle 2023, this limited edition is quintessentially Bunnahabhain in style. Fully matured in rare William & Humbert Canasta sherry casks, this unpeated whisky is bursting with sweet fruit, nuts and spice notes. The Canasta casks once held a blend of Oloroso (75%) and Pedro Ximénez (25%) sherries. Using these casks to mature their whisky has given this whisky the best of both worlds with layers of flavour; Oloroso sherry is spicy, whereas the Pedro Ximénez is a lot sweeter.
