Released to celebrate Fèis Ìle 2023, this limited edition is quintessentially Bunnahabhain in style. Fully matured in rare William & Humbert Canasta sherry casks, this unpeated whisky is bursting with sweet fruit, nuts and spice notes. The Canasta casks once held a blend of Oloroso (75%) and Pedro Ximénez (25%) sherries. Using these casks to mature their whisky has given this whisky the best of both worlds with layers of flavour; Oloroso sherry is spicy, whereas the Pedro Ximénez is a lot sweeter.

The whisky has a powerful, peat-smoke aroma, and is described as being robustly full-bodied, well balanced, and smooth, with a slight sweetness on the palate. International Spirit ratings competitions have generally given Lagavulin's 16-year spirit extremely high scores.

Aged in traditional oak casks and finished in Caribbean rum casks which result in a well-rounded whisky with notes of toffee, fruit and vanilla.

Double distilled in copper pot stills from a half tonne mash of NZ peated malt, the liquid was first aged in American oak for 4 years. This particular whisky was then finished for another year in Waiheke Whisky's own Waiheke Island Vintage 'Port wine' Barrel. Aroma: dark berry fruits, dried dates, orange peel, vanilla and peat smoke. Palate: rich and mouth filling with red fruits, caramel and smoke with a sweet subtle oak finish.

Wellbay is part of the Master Collection and is classified as 'strong aroma', indicating it's concentrated and rich. This has notes of sour plums and a bitter sweetness.

Predominantly aged in ex-Bourbon, this whisky has been finished for 2 years in an ex-Mudbrick French Oak Chardonnay barrel. Presented at 46%, the Chardonnay character on the nose of melting butter and oak blends with sherbet lemons and honey. On the palate, more umami flavours with sweet miso, lemon and butter. A deliciously smooth, oily mouthfeel and a long finish of toasted hazelnuts, bready malt and Waiheke Whisky's trademark salinity.

This whisky was born over a thousand walks in the forest. Most mornings, Glenmorangie Director of Whisky Creation, Dr. Bill wanders through the woods near his home. Captivated by the notion of a whisky steeped in the scents, sights and sounds of the forest, Dr. Bill brought back an ancient method of infusing barley with botanicals - in this case, juniper berries, birch bark and heather blossom. The result is a botanical single malt that holds a forest-like magic.

The Dalmore 12, an outstanding Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, finished in rare and aged Oloroso Sherry casks. The Aroma: Citrus fruits, chocolate, aromatic spices. The Palate: Seville oranges, dried fruits, and hints of vanilla pods. The Finish: Roasted coffee and dark chocolate.

This mezcal is made from 100% espadín from Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. The agaves are split and placed in an earthen pit lined with volcanic rocks heated by oak wood fire where they cook for 4-6 days. The cooked agaves are crushed by a horse-pulled stone tahona and the resulting aguamiel is allowed to ferment for 2-8 days. After double-distillation, the mezcal rests for 30 days before bottling at 80 proof. Aroma of fragrant herbal and fruit, with hints of smoke, and a taste of smoke and black pepper notes that lead to long silky finish.
