Tullamore DEW 12 Year Old Special Reserve Like Tullamore D.E.W. Original, Tullamore D.E.W. 12yo Special Reserve is a triple distilled blend of all three types of Irish whiskey. However, it has a high proportion of pot still and malt whiskeys, matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, for 12 to 15 years.

This exquisite, triple-distilled single malt is matured only in select handpicked Spanish sherry butts, which have previously been seasoned with the finest Oloroso sherry. Cù Bòcan Creation #4, Tawny Port + Cognac Casks. Cù Bòcan's fourth Creation is a nod to The Antrim Cocktail, marrying two of Europe's most revered drinks, Port and Cognac. The end result is a medley of plum jam, grilled peach, stewed forest fruit, cinnamon and sweet campfire smoke.

Crafted from a combination of unpeated and peated spirit and three cask matured for at least ten years in a combination of bourbon barrels, Jamaican rum casks and toasted virgin oak. The whisky is then expertly married together to create sublimely smooth layers of sunripe fruit, aromatic smoke and toasted oak spice, lingering into the perfectly balanced sweet and smoky finish.
