Epic have used an 'Epic' amount of hops as you would expect from them. Epic have the biggest, juiciest, stickiest Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops they could find. A blend of T90 and Cryo hops to give the maximum desired aromas and flavours. It's like drizzling freshly squeezed passion fruit, mango and pineapple juice across your tongue. 5.3% alc/vol and a super low bitterness and maximum haze, will keep every Hazy-Head happy with being able to sit down and drink a few from the six pack.

Epic Beer - Kong - 8% Strong Ale.

A classic label indicates this classic expression of this version of an IPA. It's been a long time since Epic made an IPA using the classic C hops of Chinook, Cascade and Centennial, balanced with a touch of sweet crystal malt, that delivers a slightly richer colour, and a more obvious sweeter, malty note which marries perfectly with the grapefruit and piney notes from the hops. Which could be the same said for this hazy IPA when it hits your palate, it will tilt your mind with the hop flavour hit from the El Dorado hops. El Dorado is known for delivering a big pineapple and tropical fruit flavours. Chinook also gives hints of pineapple too, and Mosaic is just an around fruit bomb of a hop. So prepare yourself for a tilted flavour experience.
