A classic label indicates this classic expression of this version of an IPA. It's been a long time since Epic made an IPA using the classic C hops of Chinook, Cascade and Centennial, balanced with a touch of sweet crystal malt, that delivers a slightly richer colour, and a more obvious sweeter, malty note which marries perfectly with the grapefruit and piney notes from the hops. Its like stepping back in time with the way the original IPA's use to be.

Tilt is a term used in playing pinball. It is when you have hit the table/flipper too hard. Which could be the same said for this hazy IPA when it hits your palate, it will tilt your mind with the hop flavour hit from the El Dorado hops. El Dorado is known for delivering a big pineapple and tropical fruit flavours. Chinook also gives hints of pineapple too, and Mosaic is just an around fruit bomb of a hop. So prepare yourself for a tilted flavour experience.

Stay Frosty - Cold IPA is a chill brew. One where you can just relax and enjoy life. A carefully contemplated sip will take you on a wonderful journey of flavours that will satisfy any IPA drinker. Warm fermented with a lager yeast, and dry hopped early in fermentation helps deliver the unique yet highly satisfying flavours from the Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra hops. Very pale colour, light body, dry and bitter finish and explosion of hop flavours. Take a sip. Close your eyes and say Aaaahhhhhh.

This APA is driven by the subtropical fruits (including passion fruit & mango) from the Mosaic hops. The massive hop flavour is matched with a subtle level of bitterness.

It's malt's time to shine! Screaming Goat, German style Bock beer, a gorgeous garnet and mahogany dark lager where hops definitely take a back seat. Incredibly balanced and easy to drink, with smooth, malt driven biscuit and toasted hazelnut notes. It's malt, with a little Rock n' Roll swagger. Throw me some horns.

A hallucinatory, mind-bending, consciousness-expanding, dream-like experience is not what you'll find in this can. It's just a beer, man. But, this cloudy IPA does have a gnarly hit of Riwaka, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, with a tropical citrus flavour, and a totally piney finish. At least it's a trip for your taste-buds. Far out.

A New Zealand interpretation, Cassels Double Cream Milk Stout is intensely rich, strong and malty with a creamy, almost velvet texture. A full bodied stout with dark mocha and chocolate aromatics. This Double Cream Milk Stout contains a non-fermentable lactose sugar derived from 100% pure New Zealand milk.

Not many breweries in New Zealand have tried to brew a Grape Ale, that complex yet very drinkable Italian style. But, well, Brothers Beer have an Italian brewer. Two, in fact. Which means they've got a fair idea of how to make one. The only thing is, you need fresh, unfermented grape juice. Like, fresh. So, here it is: quite possibly the only NZ Grape Ale anyone will find this year. Sauvignon Blanc grapes, picked on Tuesday, juiced on Wednesday, dropped into the kettle on Thursday. A clean, ample malt base, gently hopped with three wine-friendly varieties: Mosaic, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin. Salute!

Brewed for annual West Coast IPA Challenge The Malthouse 2020. Using English Golden Promise Malt and loaded it with Simcoe, Mosaic and the new (and finally) named hop Nectaron (formally Hort 4337). Giving you pineapple, stonefruit and piney flavours. All work and no hops makes Churly a dull boy. Well a lot of work and a lot of hops have gone into the beer, enjoy!
