A full and rounded Pale Ale with notes of caramels, burnt sugars and a hint of blackberry. Brewed to the same family recipe from 1868.

This aromatic, flavourful, vibrant Hazy Pale Ale is juiced up with a boatload of Mosaic and Citra Hops. But don't be fooled by the cloudy conditions. Crisp and refreshing with light fruit notes, it's smooth sailing from bow to stern.

Monteith's Phoenix IPA showcases a unique fusion of American Simco, Chinook and Citra hops. A clean crisp malt base allows these hops to shine with a heady aroma of pine and citrus. Notes of fresh cut grass compliment subtle passion fruit flavours with a touch a of spice to round out the brew.

This is a classic West Coast (USA) style IPA. It has a dry finish, with limited malt sweetness, which accentuates the hop flavour and hop bitterness. So the beer is punchy on hop flavour, and firm lingering hop bitterness. The bitterness is 66 IBU - hoppy, bitter, dry.

Parrotdog's troublesome original release, named for the problematic first brew day which hugely emphasised its hop bitterness. It's matured and evolved nicely over the years, as has Parrotdog.
