This Cremant de Limoux is made according to traditional method with long in-bottle ageing for a minimum of 24 months. The wine has a yellow-gold colour with green tints and fine lingering bubbles. The nose is fresh with a mix of white flowers, white flesh fruits (peach and green apple) citrus fruit aromas. The palate is characterised by a nice unctuousness and a frank and vivid sparkle. This sparkling wine is powerful, well-balanced with toasted notes of hazelnut on the finish. Enjoy with seafood and white meat, or combine perfectly with chocolate desserts.

The wine has a beautiful salmon pink colour with a delicate and lingering sparkle. The bouquet presents a great aromatic richness and notes of red fruits of strawberry and raspberry. The palate is characterised by a nice unctuousness and a well balanced acidity ending with a lingering and refreshing finish. Enjoy with Sashimi, oysters, mussels and cured salmon.
